What do you personally love about Port Macquarie? I love the people, the coastline, the beaches, the food. Port Macquarie has so much to offer that I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything by not being in a major city.

And about the hotel? The hotel is absolutely stunning. I love that is has its own personality and that you feel like you could be anywhere in the world. We have so many amazing spaces and an incredible team – it’s a fantastic place to work.
