There are two pillarless ballrooms plus numerous breakout rooms and lounges catering for groups up to 300. The accommodation is a combination of hotel rooms or 1, 2, and 3 bedroom spa suites. Your guests can choose to dine in the Season Restaurant at the hotel or, just a quick stroll away the nearby Salt Village offers six different dining options and bars.

8. Fins at Plantation House
Chef Steven Snow personally ensures each and every event held on these beautiful premises exceeds expectations. The property sits adjacent to the 65 hectare Fruit World with sunset views over Mt Warning from the front lawn creating the perfect backdrop for welcome drinks or that special dinner. The main dining area can seat up to 250 and flows directly onto an enchanted garden with a 120 year old fig tree.
