What does 'max capacity' refer to in the listings?

This is the venue’s maximum conference capacity in their largest meeting space.

What does 'No. Accommodation rooms' refer to

This is the total number of accommodation rooms a venue has. Some suppliers have twin and quad rooms, so please contact them directly if that option suits you.

What does the Accommodation rate include?

The accommodation rates shown for each venue is based on a mid week, single occupancy stay including breakfast.
These rates are to be used as a guide only and are subject to change.

What does the full day package include?

The full day conference package includes arrival tea and coffee, morning tea, afternoon tea, lunch and the basic conference requirements (pens, notepads, water and mints). Each venue will confirm any additional inclusions offered when you contact them directly for a quote.  The package rates are to be used as a guide only and are subject to change

Can I add suppliers from different regions to the one list?

Yes of course you can. This is a great way for you to compare a few regions if you aren’t 100% sure on what region you would like to hold your event in.

What if I’m not sure which region will best suit my event?

What if I don't have time to research regions and suppliers?

That’s no problem at all because we offer a free venue sourcing service. Contact us on (02) 4861 5973 or email enquiry@theconferenceshop.com.au and we can discuss your needs and then prepare a proposal for you.

What can I expect from The Conference Shop newsletter?

The Conference Shop e-newsletter is distributed fortnightly. Generally the first newsletter of each month focuses on highlighting all of the great features and suppliers belonging of a particular region we feature on our website.
The newsletters also feature exclusive deals from our suppliers and important industry news.
